Pilates for Pregnancy

Pilates can be an effective and enjoyable way to exercise throughout your pregnancy. Carefully tailored programs to suit each trimester and the Postnatal period can help mothers to enjoy a healthy and comfortable pregnancy.

Anna has completed specific training in teaching Pilates to the Antenatal and Postnatal women. Antenatal and Postnatal pilates can be taught one-to-one, in a studio class or specific Antenatal and Postnatal classes.

Antenatal

Postnatal

Classes can start after your 6 week check from your midwife or doctor.

Benefits:

  • An effective way to regain abdominal and pelvic floor strength which can be weakened during pregnancy and birth
  • Help to combat stress and reduce tension
  • Will give you some well earned "me" time
  • Will help you get your figure back

Patience and persistence are vital qualities in the ultimate successful accomplishment of any worthwhile endeavour.
